I have never purchased online before, is it safe?

How can I be sure my order went through?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation, usually within minutes. If you don't receive an email within 24 hours, please call +61 2 9389 5169 or 1300 244 272 or send an email to [email protected] before placing another order.

Where is my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. If your parcel was sent by Australia post, you can track it at www.auspost.com.au using the tracking number sent to you.

What if my bra/brief/corset/bikini falls apart after one wear/wash?

Send us a photo of your damaged item and we will contact the manufacturer to endevour to get you a new item. However, we recommend hand washing all your lingerie, and if you really must use the washing machine, please use a lingerie bag and the delicate cycle!

What will happen if I cancel my order before delivery and I've paid using a gift card or a credit note?

Before shipping your order, you can get a full refund back onto the same method you used to pay for your order. After an item is shipped, you can get a refund but not for any postage costs.
